••यह बेहद खुशी की बात है कि आपके द्वारा शुरू किए गए जीरा, अजवाइन, सौंफ और मेथी के चूर्ण से आपको 80% तक आराम मिला है। आयुर्वेद में इन द्रव्यों को दीपनीय (भूख बढ़ाने वाले), पाचनीय (भोजन पचाने वाले) और वात-अनुलोमक (गैस को नीचे की ओर निकालने वाले) माना गया है। •​इस आराम को 100% तक ले जाने और इसे स्थायी बनाने के लिए, आप निम्नलिखित आयुर्वेदिक सुझावों और जीवनशैली को अपना सकते हैं: ​1. घरेलू औषध उपचार (Home Remedies) •​जीरा-अजवाइन चूर्ण को जारी रखें: जो पाउडर आप ले रहे हैं, वह आपके लिए बहुत प्रभावी है। इसे सुबह और शाम के भोजन के 10-15 मिनट बाद हल्के गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। ••​हिंग्वाष्टक चूर्ण: यदि कभी गैस या भारीपन ज्यादा लगे, तो दोपहर के भोजन के पहले ग्रास (नवाले) के साथ आधा चम्मच हिंग्वाष्टक चूर्ण और थोड़ा सा घी मिलाकर लें। यह वात को शांत करने का अचूक उपाय है। •••​त्रिफला चूर्ण (पेट साफ करने के लिए): पेट पूरी तरह साफ नहीं हो रहा है, इसके लिए रात को सोते समय 1 चम्मच त्रिफला चूर्ण गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। यह आंतों को संबल देगा और सुबह पेट खुलकर साफ होगा, जिससे कंधे और गर्दन का दर्द भी पूरी तरह ठीक हो जाएगा। ​2. आहार संबंधी नियम (Dietary Guidelines) ​गैस और वात को पूरी तरह खत्म करने के लिए अग्नि को प्रदीप्त रखना जरूरी है: •​गुनगुना पानी (उष्णोदक): दिनभर में जब भी पानी पीएं, हल्का गुनगुना पानी ही पीएं। यह मंदाग्नि को ठीक करता है और गैस नहीं बनने देता। ••​सुपाच्य भोजन: भोजन में मूंग की दाल, लौकी, तोरई, कद्दू जैसी हल्की सब्जियों को शामिल करें। भोजन में हींग, जीरा, अदरक और सेंधा नमक का प्रयोग बढ़ाएं। •••​इनसे परहेज करें (Strictly Avoid): मैदा, बेसन, फास्ट फूड, ठंडी चीजें (फ्रीज का पानी, आइसक्रीम), उड़द की दाल, छोले, राजमा, और पत्तागोभी जैसी गैस बनाने वाली चीजों से पूरी तरह दूर रहें। ​3. विहार और जीवनशैली (Lifestyle Changes) •​वज्रासन: रात को और दोपहर को भोजन करने के तुरंत बाद 5 से 10 मिनट वज्रासन में बैठें। यह पाचन क्रिया को तीव्र करता है। ••​शतपावली: भोजन के बाद तुरंत लेटे या बैठें नहीं, कम से कम 100 कदम धीरे-धीरे टहलें। •••​गुनगुने तेल से मालिश: गर्दन और कंधे के दर्द में राहत के लिए महानारायण तेल या तिल के तेल को हल्का गुनगुना करके हल्के हाथों से मालिश करें और फिर सिकाई करें।
