Namaste Chand Mohammad ji Aapke symptoms — 4 saal se bhook na lagna (Mandagni), mouth me white sticky mucus, dairy se mucus badhna, fatigue, gas/bloating — Ayurveda ke anusaar mainly Kapha vriddhi + Mandagni + Aam dosh ko indicate karte hain। Jab pachan shakti kam ho jati hai to sharir me “Aam” (toxins/undigested food) banta hai, jiski wajah se mucus, heaviness aur weakness hoti hai। Ayurvedic Line of Treatment Treatment ka main goal hoga: Agni ko strong karna Aam ko nikalna Kapha ko balance karna Appetite improve karna Useful Ayurvedic Medicines Chitrakadi Vati – 2 tablets Khane se 15 min pehle, din me 2 baar → Bhook badhata hai aur Mandagni door karta hai। Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp raat ko halka garam paani se → Digestion improve karta hai aur aam ko clear karta hai। Sitopaladi Churna + Talisadi Churna ½-½ tsp shahad ke saath subah-shaam → Sticky mucus aur Kapha ko kam karta hai। Guduchi Satva / Giloy → Immunity aur energy improve karta hai। Diet & Lifestyle Advice Subah khali pet adrak + sendha namak ka chhota tukda chabayein। Din bhar garam pani sip-sip karke piyen। Moong dal khichdi, light homemade food, jeera-ajwain ka use karein। Dinner halka aur jaldi karein। Milk, curd, paneer, cold drinks, ice cream, bakery items aur fridge ka food avoid karein। Late night jagna aur irregular meals avoid karein।

Aapke symptoms Ayurveda ke hisaab se Mandagni + Aam + Kapha vriddhi ki taraf sanket karte hain — especially dairy/thandi cheezon se mucus badhna, bhook na lagna, white sticky mucus, heaviness aur fatigue. ----Lekin 4 saal se problem chal rahi hai, isliye ek baar basic medical tests bhi zaroor karwayein: CBC, LFT, Thyroid, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Blood sugar, H. pylori test. Kabhi-kabhi acidity, sinus/post-nasal drip, gastritis ya fungal coating bhi reason ho sakta hai. ----Medicines 1) Agnitundi Vati – 1 tablet Khana khane se 15 min pehle, din me 2 baar, warm water ke sath. 2) Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp raat ko Lukewarm water ke sath. 3) Sitopaladi Churna + Talisadi Churna ½ + ½ tsp shahad ke sath, din me 2 baar. 4) Takra (thin buttermilk) lunch me Isme bhuna jeera + sendha namak daalein. —Diet Advice Avoid completely for 1–2 months: Milk, paneer, curd Cold drinks, fridge water Ice cream Banana at night Fried/junk food —Prefer: Warm freshly cooked food Moong dal khichdi Ginger + black pepper in small quantity Jeera-ajwain water Early dinner Simple Home Remedy –Subah khaali pet: 1 small piece adrak + few drops lemon + pinch sendha namak 10 min baad warm water. —Lifestyle Din me sona avoid karein Roz 20–30 min walk Khana fixed timing par khayein
