I am really at my wits end here! For the past few months, I've been dealing with these annoying digestive issues. I constantly feel bloated and sometimes have these episodes of stomach cramps that come out of nowhere. It's like my stomach just decides to throw a fit at the worst possible times. I tried changing my diet, but I still can't figure out what's going on, which is super frustrating. A friend mentioned this SDM Talisadya Choorna and said it might help with digestion. I did a little bit of research, and it sounds promising, but I have no clue where to even start. Is this SDM Talisadya Choorna safe to use? Have any of you tried it? How much should I take? I heard it can be helpful for bloating and digestive issues, but I don’t wanna just jump in without knowing if it could actually make things worse or something. Also, is there a specific time I should take it, or can i just take it whenever? I'm worried because I don’t know if this will work when I'm already feeling pretty crummy. Honestly, any advice or personal experiences would be super helpful because I can’t keep living like this! Thank you!
