I am feeling really confused lately with my health, and I’m hoping someone here can help me out. I’ve been struggling with a lot of digestive issues, like bloating, gas, and sometimes even constipation. It’s been going on for months, and I finally saw a doc who recommended Aathreya Ayurveda Haridra Khanda. At first, I was excited to try it because I’ve heard good things about it helping with digestion. I started taking it a couple of weeks ago, and while I think I feel a little bit better, I’m not totally sure if it's actually working. Sometimes, my stomach still feels really uneasy, especially after meals. I’m just worried that I’m not taking it correctly or maybe I should be doing something extra to see better results with Aathreya Ayurveda Haridra Khanda. I mean, I follow the dosage they suggested, but do I need to change my diet or incorporate other remedies? Also, are there any side effects people have experienced with it? Just so surprised because I really hoped this would be the answer for me. It’s super frustrating to deal with all this discomfort and not know what’s the best route to take.
