Lately, my digestion has been completely messed up. I feel bloated all the time, and no matter what I eat, I either get acidity or this weird feeling of heaviness in my stomach. To make things worse, I’ve started noticing that I get shortness of breath sometimes, especially after meals. Someone at my local Ayurveda store suggested chavikasavam. They said it’s good for digestion and might also help with my occasional asthma-like symptoms. I bought a bottle of chavikasavam, but I’m not sure how to use it. Should it be taken before or after meals? And does it need to be diluted, or do I take it straight? I don’t want to mess this up because my body’s already pretty sensitive, and I’ve had bad reactions to other herbal tonics in the past. Also, how long does it take for chavikasavam to work? Is it a quick fix, or do I need to use it for weeks or even months before I notice any changes?
