I am really confused right now about this whole Elakanadi Kwath thing. For the last few months, I’ve been dealing with these weird digestion issues—like constant bloating and discomfort after meals. It’s been driving me insane!!! I tried changing my diet, cutting out gluten and dairy, but nothing seems to help. Then, I heard about this Kerala Ayurveda Elakanadi Kwath from a friend, and they raved about how it helped them. I'm not typically one to jump into herbal remedies, but I feel kinda desperate at this point. I read that the Elakanadi Kwath is supposed to be good for digestion and can even help detox, but I’m nervous about trying something new, like, what if it makes things worse? Also, I’m not really sure how to take it, like, is there a specific dosage? And should I be doing anything else in conjunction with the Kerala Ayurveda Elakanadi Kwath? Some days, I just feel lost and don’t know if this will actually work for me or if it’s just all hype. I really want to feel better—anyone with experience using this or similar remedies?
