I am really struggling lately with digestion issues. I mean, my stomach just feels off all the time—bloating, gas, and sometimes really uncomfortable pain. It all started a few weeks ago after I switched my diet and tried some new things. I read about SDM Maricha Choorna and how it could help with digestive problems, but I'm kinda confused about how to use it. I don’t want to jump into anything without knowing if it’s right for me. A friend mentioned they had great success with SDM Maricha Choorna and their own digestive issues, but they didn't really explain how it worked or how much to take. I googled a bit, but the info online seems to vary a lot. Some say to take it before meals and others say after, and who knows how much?!
