I am really curious about this Kerala Ayurveda Lohasavam that my friend keeps recommending. I’ve been struggling with low energy and some digestive issues for a few months now. Last week, I visited my doctor, and after some tests, they said it might just be related to stress and maybe my diet. I don’t really want to take more medications, and that’s why I’m looking into natural remedies. I’ve heard that Kerala Ayurveda Lohasavam can help with energy levels and digestion, but here’s the thing — I don’t know how to use it or if there are any side effects? I mean, will it give me the boost I need? Last weekend I tried being more active and eating healthier, but I still feel sluggish and bloated sometimes.
