Acid reflux in chest/lungs filled with gas. - #30650

I faced many times filled with gas in lungs and chest which caused me difficulty in breathing especially in cool weather and in sleep... And bloating in stomach and burps which was came because of gas And because of this issue I got sever cold/cough.. Because of this issue unable to sleep, there are many sleepless nights.. What is the solution can you help me on this please?

Opt for warm, light, and freshly cooked foods – think of cooked vegetables, astringent fruits, and grains like quinoa or basmati rice.

Incorporate spices into your meals to enhance Agni (digestive fire) and reduce gas formation. Ginger, cumin, fennel seeds, and black pepper are excellent choices. A small piece of ginger with a pinch of salt before meals might greatly help improve digestion and reduce bloating.

Hydration is important but avoid cold beverages, instead choose warm liquids. Herbal teas, especially those made from ginger or peppermint, can also alleviate symptoms. If sleeplessness continues, consider having a cup of warm milk with turmeric or nutmeg before bed as they have calming effects.
