I am really struggling with bloating and gas lately. Feels like my stomach has a party going on all the time, and honestly, I'm over it! Tried changing my diet and eating slower but nothing seems to help. My friend who’s into Ayurveda told me about Agatsya Aushadh Hingvastaka Churna, saying it’s great for digestive issues like mine. But the thing is, I'm not sure how to use it or if it’ll even work for me. I mean, I read some stuff online and it sounds super promising but also a bit overwhelming. Should I take it before meals or after? Do I mix it with something? I also noticed sometimes I get this weird taste in my mouth, like metal or something, and even a bit of nausea at times.
