Sri Sri Tattva Go Amruth - #30898

I am dealing with a lot of digestive issues lately, and honestly, it’s driving me a bit nuts. For the last couple months, I’ve had this bloating and occasional heartburn, despite trying to eat healthier. My friend recommended the Sri Sri Tattva Go Amruth, saying it's helped her with similar issues. I thought I’d give it a shot but then I read some mixed things online, which kinda got me worried. So, I started taking the Sri Sri Tattva Go Amruth about a week ago. Some days feel better, but then I still end up feeling uncomfortable, you know? I’m not sure if its doing enough or if I should be doing more alongside it. I read somewhere that mixing it with certain foods might help, but I can’t remember which ones they suggested! Also, do you think I should expect some kind of strong results right away or is it normal for it to take a bit? Would love to hear if anyone else had experiences with the Sri Sri Tattva Go Amruth and what worked best for you guys? Like if there’s other lifestyle changes that would help me as well. I'm just looking for anything that might ease this discomfort! Thanks!!
