I am really concerned about my health lately. A few weeks ago, I started feeling really lethargic and having these weird digestive issues like bloating and gas. I didn't think much of it at first but it kept getting worse. My friend who's into Ayurveda suggested to try Vaidyaratnam Nayopayam Kashayam. She said it helped her with similar issues, but I’m a bit skeptical. I mean, I read a bit about it, and it sounds promising but what if it doesn’t work for me? I went to a doctor and they didn't find anything serious, just called it stress. But I feel like there's something off, ya know? Anyway, I started taking Vaidyaratnam Nayopayam Kashayam a few days ago, and I can't tell yet if it's working or not. It’s like my digestion is still all over the place.
