I am really at my wits end here. For the past year, I have been struggling with severe digestion problems — bloating, gas, and this awful feeling of heaviness after meals. A friend told me about Malabar Varanadi Kashayam and said it could be helpful, but honestly, I’m bit confused. Should I take it regularly? Is it best for people like me who have such a messed-up digestion? I tried changing my diet, added probiotics, but nothing seems to help. It’s exhausting cause I want to enjoy my meals! I read somewhere that Malabar Varanadi Kashayam is supposed to balance the doshas and I just really want to understand how long it might take to feel any difference. Will it make me feel less bloated? Last week, I did an Ayurveda consultation, but the doctor didn’t give me a clear plan on how to incorporate Malabar Varanadi Kashayam into my routine. I'm not even sure how to prepare it or if I should be taking it before or after meals — does anyone have any tips?
