I am really struggling with some digestive issues lately! For the past few months, I've been experiencing this annoying bloating and constant gas. It's like my stomach has a mind of its own. I tried changing my diet, but honestly, everything seems to upset my belly. And do you know what? My friend mentioned Vaidyaratnam Nisothamadi Kashayam and said it might help with digestive problems. I’m curious if anyone here has tried it?? I read online that it’s considered really good for gut health, but I’m kinda scared to just jump into it since I'm not familiar with its ingredients and effects. I usually prefer natural remedies, but this whole thing feels overwhelming, and I don’t want to make it worse.
