I am really struggling with my digestion lately. It’s like no matter what I eat, I feel bloated and uncomfortable all the time. Last month, I visited my doc, and they suggested taking some supplements but nothing has helped much. I’ve heard about Zandu Amla Churna from a friend who swears by it, says it’s really good for digestive issues. I’m kinda curious but skeptical too, you know?
