I am looking for some help here... For the past couple of months, I've been dealing with bloating and discomfort after meals, and it just won’t go away. A friend told me about S N Pandit Trikatu Churna, and I thought, why not give it a try? I've heard good things but like, there are just so many options out there, it’s confusing!!! I started taking S N Pandit Trikatu Churna about a week ago, thinking maybe it would help with the digestive issues I have. My digestion feels sluggish, and sometimes I get this weird heaviness in my stomach. The churna seemed promising because it’s supposed to aid digestion and metabolism, right? But honestly, I am not sure if I am taking the right amount or if I should combine it with anything else. I've read some reviews that say people experienced relief from their symptoms quickly after starting S N Pandit Trikatu Churna, but I haven’t noticed anything significant yet. Should I stick with it longer or try something else in conjunction? Maybe eating something specific while taking it would help? I just want to feel better and not bloated all the time!
