I am looking for some advice on using AVP Ashta Choornam. Lately, I’ve been dealing with some digestive issues that just won’t quit. It’s been a mix of bloating and occasional cramps, and honestly, it’s driving me nuts. A friend mentioned AVP Ashta Choornam and swore by it for gut health. Like, she said it worked wonders for her after she had some similar problems. I tried it last week but didn't notice much change right away, which kinda made me doubt if I’m using it correctly.
