I am really struggling with this nagging acidity and heartburn issue that's been haunting me for ages. Tried various things, but nothing seems to work long-term. My doctor suggested over-the-counter stuff, but they don't help much. My friend mentioned Himalaya Himcocid Syrup, saying it's great for acidity, and I thought why not give it a shot? I ordered a bottle and, honestly, I'm kinda surprised how quickly I got it! But, I dunno, how do I actually use it? Like, are there specific times to take it? Is it just for immediate relief or can it help with long-term issues too? Plus, I've been dealing with this weird bloating after meals, which gets me worried. Is it normal to feel that on top of the acidity? I've tried keeping my meals smaller but, honestly, it's hard to stick with it when cravings hit. Would Himalaya Himcocid Syrup help with that too?
