I am really confused about this whole Sitaram Amrutharishtam thing. Last month, I started feeling super sluggish and bloated after every meal, and honestly, it's been driving me nuts. I usually eat pretty healthy but for some reason, my digestion's gone all haywire. My friend mentioned Sitaram Amrutharishtam and said it could help with digestion and even boost energy levels.
