I am really struggling with my digestion lately. A few weeks ago, I went to the doctor, and they did some tests which showed mild inflammation in my gut. Some days I feel bloated, like, all the time and just uncomfortable. I started looking for natural remedies because I don’t wanna rely too much on over-the-counter meds haha. That's when I came across this AVP Vilwadi Gulika stuff. I've read it’s supposed to be great for digestion, but I’m a bit confused, like how does it actually work? I mean, does it help with inflammation too? My friends have sworn by it, but I’m not sure if that’s just hype or if there’s real benefit for somebody with my symptoms. Also, are there any side effects I should be aware of? I’m already taking a probiotic which I thought would help but it feels like it’s not doing enough? Ugh. I’m just looking for some guidance here, especially if anyone has tried AVP Vilwadi Gulika for similar issues. I really need to feel better soon and just get back to normal life, you know?
