I am really trying to figure out what to do about my recent health issues. For the past few months, I've been dealing with some severe digestion problems—like bloating and gas all the time, which is super annoying. I mean, I previously never had issues like this. My doctor mentioned something about incorporating something called Charak Galakol Granules to help tackle gut health. But honestly, I don’t even know what they are or how they work.
