I am dealing with some kinda stubborn stomach issues lately. Like, every time I eat, I feel this weird tightness in my stomach that leads to discomfort and even mild pain sometimes. Tried a few things, but nothing seems to really help. A friend mentioned Charak Spasma Syrup, but I’m honestly not sure if that would work for me or if it’s even safe? I mean, I read about it online and it says it’s great for spasms and digestive health, but without talking to anyone, it's hard to know if it's legit. Just to share more about my case, been feeling bloated a lot too, and sometimes after meals, I feel nauseous or like I could throw up. Last week, I went to the doc, but all they did were a couple of tests and said it might just be stress. Stress?? I’m not even super stressed out, I think! 🤔 Can Charak Spasma Syrup REALLY help with all this? Also, are there any side effects I should be worried about?
