I am feeling really at a loss here. A few weeks ago, I started experiencing these annoying digestive issues—like bloating and discomfort like crazy! Not to mention, I’ve been feeling super fatigued for no apparent reason. My friend who's into Ayurveda mentioned that AVP Moolakadyarishtam could help with digestion and overall wellness, but I have no clue if it’s right for me. What if I try it and it doesn’t work? Or worse, what if it makes things even weirder? I’m a little scared. I did some reading about it, and it seems like it’s often suggested for similar issues. But just feeling overwhelmed—should I just jump in and give AVP Moolakadyarishtam a shot? I tried changing my diet and drinking more water but it’s like nothing's clicking.
