Severe gastric issue , Worms parasites in colon - #32402

I have tremendous gastric issue , pls tell what can I take to cure worms from intestine. Like Krimikuthar or vidangasav etc. My issue is everything I eat makes gas and it keeps circulating in stomach and it stops my bowel evacuation too
