I am really confused about something and hope someone here can help. I’ve been struggling with these digestive issues for a while now. Like, every time I eat, I feel super bloated and uncomfortable, and it’s been affecting my daily life. After talking to a friend, they suggested I try Vaidyaratnam Pippalyasavam since they said it helped them. I read a bit about it and sounds promising, but I'm not sure if it’s the right fit for me.
