I am dealing with this really annoying digestive issue lately, like, my stomach's been feeling super bloated after every meal, even healthy stuff. I can’t remember the last time I felt normal after eating. A friend mentioned something called SDM Shanka Vati for this. At this point, I’m ready to try anything. It's like no matter what I eat, I just feel heavy and uncomfortable, ugh! I read that SDM Shanka Vati might help with indigestion and bloating, but I honestly don’t know much about it. I usually prefer more natural remedies and I just wonder if it’s safe or like how it really works. Does anybody have experience with SDM Shanka Vati? Like, do you take it only when you're feeling bloated, or is it a daily thing? My friend said it can help balance everything out, but her information was kinda vague. Also, I'm not sure about possible side effects. I’m a little wary of supplements since some can be harsh on the tummy, you know?
