I am struggling with some digestion issues lately and it’s made me super anxious. A few months ago, I went to an Ayurvedic doc and they suggested I try Zandu Abhyamalki Avaleha like it could really help. I started taking it, but honestly, I don’t know if it’s making a difference yet! My belly feels bloated most days and I often get these weird cramps. Was told that Zandu Abhyamalki Avaleha would help with digestion and detox, but... I'm just not sure. Like, I tried pairing it with some dietary changes, cutting out spicy food and dairy, but still feel kinda off. Sometimes, I wake up feeling heavy and groggy, and that’s really frustrating! I wanna know if anyone has had similar experiences with Zandu Abhyamalki Avaleha or if I should be patient? Maybe I'm expecting too much too soon? Also, I’ve read that it can help with liver health kinda too? Is there a proper way to take it for best results? Should I keep it at a certain time of day or with food? I really wanna get back to my peppy self and not feel like I’m dragging myself around all the time. Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated!
