I am really at a loss here, and I hope someone can help me out. Lately, I’ve been struggling with some digestive issues, like bloating and just overall discomfort in my stomach. It got to the point where I actually went to a doctor who suggested I try Alarsin Leptaden Tablets. I did some research and it seems like they’re supposed to be really good for digestion, right? But I’m not totally sure if I should go ahead with taking them. I mean, are there any side effects that I should be concerned about? I've read some people saying it helped them a lot, but others seemed unsure if it really worked! I've been following some Ayurvedic advice too, like drinking warm water and eating lighter meals, which helped a bit.
