I am really confused about my health lately. I started taking Sitaram Rakthamruth a couple of weeks ago because I was feeling so fatigued and had these awful digestive issues. My friend who swears by Ayurveda recommended it. At first, I felt some relief, but now I'm not so sure. Some days, I feel a bit more energetic, but it seems like the digestive problems are just not going away.
