I am really puzzled about somethin lately. For the past couple of months, I’ve been dealing with this awful bloating and some irregular digestion issues. It's like, no matter what I eat, I feel really heavy and uncomfortable. I tried changing my diet, but nothing seems to be working. I was talking to a friend the other day who mentioned SNA Lodhraadi Choornam but I have no clue what it is exactly or if it could help me. I've seen it recommended for digestive health but not sure how effective it really is. I have this fear of taking too many meds, ya know? I prefer natural stuff, so SNA Lodhraadi Choornam sounds like it could be a good fit, but I’m unsure if it’s for me.
