I am really struggling to find something that works for me lately. I've been dealing with some digestion issues that just won't quit. A friend suggested that I try Sitaram Maharajaprasarani, but honestly, I’m not sure how to incorporate it or if it’s even right for my situation. This all started a few months ago when I felt super bloated all the time, like, waking up with a belly full of stones! It got to the point where going out became a chore—like, who wants to feel self-conscious about their stomach while eating out? I went to the doctor, did all the tests, and he said I should keep track of what I eat, but it hasn't really helped. I've tried some heavy medication that just upset my stomach more so I’m like AGH what do I do now?!
