I am having some serious digestive issues lately, and it's really affecting my daily life. My friends suggested trying Malabar Triphalaarishtam since they said it's great for digestion and gut health. I really want to give it a go but don’t know where to actually start. Been feeling bloated, and sometimes I have these weird cramps. It's just uncomfortable. I even went to the doctor for blood tests and they said everything looks fine, but I just can't shake this feeling.
