Ashmari tablet - #3320

Violet
FREE

My dad has been taking Ashmari tablets for kidney stones, and I’m trying to understand how they work. His stones are small, about 4-5 mm, but he’s had discomfort and pain off and on for months. Does the Ashmari tablet help dissolve stones completely, or does it just relieve the pain? We’re following the dosage instructions, but how long does it typically take for an Ashmari tablet to show results? He’s drinking plenty of water as advised, but I wonder if the tablet works better with specific dietary changes. Does the Ashmari tablet require avoiding certain foods like dairy or spicy items? Another question: Can the Ashmari tablet cause any side effects, especially for someone with diabetes? My dad is managing his sugar levels, but I want to be cautious. If anyone has used Ashmari tablets, I’d like to hear about your experience—did they fully clear the stones, or was further treatment needed?

Ashmari tablets in Ayurveda are commonly used to help dissolve small kidney stones (around 4-5 mm) and relieve discomfort. They work by promoting the dissolution and expulsion of stones, improving urination, and reducing inflammation in the urinary tract. While they can aid in dissolving stones, full resolution isn’t always guaranteed, and it may take several weeks to see noticeable results. It’s important to drink plenty of water and avoid certain foods like dairy, spicy items, and high-oxalate foods (e.g., spinach) to support the treatment. For someone with diabetes, monitoring blood sugar levels is crucial, as some herbs may interact with diabetes medications. If side effects or concerns arise, consulting with an Ayurvedic doctor or healthcare provider is recommended.

Ashmari tablets can work quite well for kidney stones, though it’s important to understand what they do. They’ve been primarily formulated to aid in breaking down or dissolving small stones, and can support the natural process of flushing them out of the body. For stones around 4-5mm like your dad’s, they might just do the trick, but it’s not guaranteed for every individual case, as bodies respond differently. While they can provide relief from pain, it’s not the only function – they’re meant to address the stone problem more directly by potentially softening or shrinking them over time.

About how long they take to show results, it can vary. Usually you might see some improvement within a few weeks, but it’s a bit variable – patience is key here. If he’s drinking plenty of water, that’s a great start 'cos fluids are crucial in this case.

Diet-wise, sticking with a diet that’s less taxing on the kidneys is beneficial. While the tablets don’t have strict dietary restrictions they work best with an overall healthy diet and avoiding foods high in calcium oxalate which can contribute to stone formation. Foods like nuts, spinach, chocolate, and sweet potatoes fall under this category. And yeah, spicy foods might irritate the urinary tract causing further discomfort alongside the stones, so maybe keeping those in moderation is wise.

For potential side effects, especially with his diabetes, it’s always best to keep a close eye. Ashmari tablets are generally safe, but depending on the herb mix sometimes there might be mild digestive disturbances. It’s important to watch for anything unusual and talk to a doctor if something unexpected comes up.

Haven’t tried them myself, but from others I’ve heard experiences can vary; some report complete relief while others maybe need additional treatments. If the stones don’t clear or if there’s persistent pain after a reasonable period, following up with a medical professional would be smart. Always good to err on the side of caution, especially when diabetes is a factor. Hope this helps clear things up a bit!
