I am struggling with some digestive issues lately. Like, I feel bloated all the time and my stomach just never seems to settle. I went to see a regular doc and did a bunch of tests, but they just said everything looks fine. It's frustrating! I've heard about SNA Raasnadi Kashayam from a friend who swears by it, but I’m not really sure if it’ll help me. I've tried other herbal remedies too, but nothing seems to work for my bloating and discomfort after meals. Last week, I randomly found out that Raasnadi Kashayam is supposed to be great for digestive problems. Wondering if anyone here has tried SNA Raasnadi Kashayam? Like, did it actually help you feel better? I’m worried that I might have to deal with this forever, and I don’t want to keep popping digestive pills either—they just make me feel more uneasy. Plus, I haven’t really dived into ayurvedic stuff much. Should I start with the SNA Raasnadi Kashayam or is there something else in the ayurvedic world that could be good for me? Any tips would be awesome! I’m just kinda lost right now, y’know?
