I am dealing with this nagging digestive issue that seems to come and go. Last month, felt like, a rock was sitting in my stomach after every meal, and my energy levels just tanked. I read somewhere about AVP Nayopayam Kashayam and thought, maybe, just maybe, that could help me? A friend mentioned it cleared their bloating and made a huge difference, so I’m kind of curious about it. Got a bottle of the AVP Nayopayam Kashayam from an ayurvedic shop last week. The taste? Ugh, a bit strong if you ask me. But I toughed it out and have been taking it for a few days. My symptoms feel like maybe they're easing a tiny bit, but I’m also eating a bit lighter, more soups and stuff, could that be it?
