I am really struggling with some digestive issues and my friend recommended AVP Trivril Lehyam. For the past couple of months, I’ve been feeling bloated after meals, and sometimes I get these uncomfortable cramps, like my stomach is in knots. I try to eat healthy, lots of fruits and veggies, but it just doesn’t seem to help. Last week, I actually went to the doc and got some tests done, but nothing major showed up, which is a bit frustrating. The doctor said it might be stress-related, but I just can’t shake off these symptoms. Somebody told me that AVP Trivril Lehyam could be good for balancing things out, especially digestion? Does anyone have experience with this? Like, how should I take it? Timing, dosage, any tips on how to include it into my routine, or potential side effects I should know about?
