I am really confused about this whole Everest Pippalyasava thing. Let me explain. I’ve been dealing with digestive issues for a while now, like bloating and irregular bowel movements (sorry if that's TMI). A friend mentioned Everest Pippalyasava and swears by it for gut health, which got me thinking.
