I am feeling really frustrated lately with my health issues and thought maybe someone here could help? I’m not really sure where to start. For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with this weird fatigue and sometimes I have this awful bloating, like I ate a whole elephant! Or, maybe two… it’s like my stomach just never calms down. A friend mentioned Malabar Bharangyadi Kashayam as a possible solution, saying it helped her mom with similar issues. But, I’m a bit skeptical. I tried to look it up, and I think it’s supposed to be good for digestion and detox or something, but what does that even mean!? I mean, can anything really help with this? 😩 The symptoms are just so annoying because I also feel emotional at times, but is that part of it? Would Malabar Bharangyadi Kashayam actually help me, or am I just chasing shadows here? Also, how do I even take it? As in, is it a liquid, or do I need to mix it with stuff? I’ve got a busy life and I can’t just sip on herbal teas all day long. Anyone with experience using Malabar Bharangyadi Kashayam, please weigh in! My gut (literally) needs some advice here!
