I am in a bit of a pickle here, and I'm hoping you all can help me out. A little while ago, I started having these pretty annoying digestive issues—like I feel bloated all the time and kinda nauseous after meals. It’s really affected my mood and energy levels. Anyway, a friend suggested trying Malabar Kantakaryadi Ghritam, saying it's like a miracle for gut health. I looked it up, and it seems like it’s made of ghee and all these amazing herbs that might help with digestion. I read somewhere that Malabar Kantakaryadi Ghritam can be beneficial for balancing pitta dosha, which I think might be my issue since I also have this kinda fiery feeling in my stomach. But, I’m not really sure how to incorporate it into my routine. Should I take it with food or on an empty stomach? And how much should I start with? Also, very curious if there are any side effects or anything I should be concerned about before starting it.
