I am really at my wits' end here. For the last few months, I've been dealing with some serious digestive issues – like, literally, constant bloating and stomach cramps that ruin my days. I’ve tried changing my diet, cutting out gluten and dairy, but nothing helps. A friend suggested maybe it’s time to look into Ayurvedic remedies, and that's how I stumbled upon this thing called AVP Moolakadhi Kashayam. Like, they say it can help with digestion and all that, but I'm honestly kind of skeptical. I'm 30, active, always on the go, but this stomach stuff is slowing me down. Last week, I even got checked out by a doctor who ran some tests, and everything came back normal, which just feels frustrating because I know something’s off. I've read that AVP Moolakadhi Kashayam is supposed to be good, but I don’t want to waste time and money on something that might not work – is it really effective? Also, how do you even take it?
