I am dealing with this stubborn digestive issue, and honestly, I feel like I'm running around in circles. A few months ago, I started noticing bloating and some discomfort after meals. I tried a couple over-the-counter remedies but nothing helped much. Then my friend suggested some Ayurvedic solutions, and that's when I heard about AVP Pippalyasavam. I thought, okay, maybe I can give this a shot. But, like, I'm not sure how effective it actually is. I mean, should I be taking it with food or on an empty stomach? And what about dosage? I read a bunch of things, but some sources said different things, which is confusing!! Sometimes I think it's working, but then I’ll have a bad day and feel like it’s all just a waste of time. Also, the taste is a bit strong, is that normal?? I guess I’m just wondering, how often can I take AVP Pippalyasavam before it really shows any results? And is it safe to use long-term?
