I am in a bit of a situation here and really need some advice. A few months ago, I started feeling really sluggish and would often get this weird heavy feeling in my head. Went to a doc, and after some tests, they said it might be related to my digestion. I read somewhere that Sitaram Mahavilwadi Lehyam could be good for digestive issues, so I picked some up. After taking it for about two weeks, I thought maybe I was feeling a bit better, you know? But just like last weekend, I had this sudden bloating episode and felt super uncomfortable all day.
