I am really stressing out about my digestion lately. I used to have a pretty strong gut, but for the last couple of months, I’ve been dealing with really bad bloating and some occasional cramps. It’s kinda frustrating, ya know? I’ve tried a few over-the-counter things but nothing seems to work. A friend of mine mentioned Sitaram Thrayphala Ghrutham and said it could help with gut health, but honestly, I’m not sure how to incorporate it into my routine.
