I am feeling kinda lost here. Few weeks ago, I started taking Zandu Haritaki Tablet after hearing my friend rave about it for gut health. I was having some real issues with bloating and irregular digestion. Honestly, I thought I’d finally found my solution, but now I’m not so sure. My stomach feels a bit better but I've been getting these strange cramps and, like, a lot of gas, which is not what I expected. I read somewhere that Zandu Haritaki Tablets can help balance things out, but why do I feel worse instead of better? Am I taking it wrong? I take one tablet in the morning with water before breakfast, but maybe I should switch that up? Also, I noticed sometimes my sleep gets disturbed, and I'm wondering if this could be linked to what’s going on with my stomach. Do you think it’s normal to have these side effects when starting Zandu Haritaki Tablet, or could it mean it’s not a good match for me?
