I am trying to figure out what to do about this pesky acidity issue I've been dealing with lately. It all started a few months ago when I was super stressed at work. I mean, my diet took a nose dive and you could say my stomach was payin' the price for it. I’ve been getting these really uncomfortable burning sensations in my chest and throat, like, almost every night after dinner. I even went to my doc and had some tests done, but they didn't find anything major. They just suggested some over-the-counter antacids.
