I am feeling totally lost with my health lately, and honestly, I'm not sure where to turn. A month ago, I started experiencing this annoying digestive problem – bloating, stubborn weight gain, and fatigue. I went to the doc, and after a bunch of tests, they said everything looks normal, which is kinda confusing. My friend recommended SNA Indukaantam Kashayam saying it worked wonders for her, but I didn’t wanna jump on the bandwagon without knowing more. I read about how SNA Indukaantam Kashayam is supposed to help with digestion and that it might help with detoxing the body. But I'm wondering, like, is it really safe to take this if my digestion is all whack? I mean, I heard some people might experience side effects or not see improvement at all.
