I am really confused and kinda worried abt my current health situation. For a while now, I've been experiencing some pretty annoying digestive issues like bloating and gas, plus mild fatigue that just won’t go away. I talked to my friend who's into Ayurveda, and she mentioned Malabar Ashokarishtam as something that could help. I honestly don’t know much about it.
