I am feeling kinda lost and frustrated lately. Over the last few months, I've been dealing with somereally annoying digestion issues. Like, it feels like every time I eat, I get this bloating and discomfort that just won't go away. I tried cutting out wheat and dairy, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. A friend mentioned something called NKCA Pharmacy Ajamodadi Churna. I’ve never heard of it before. 😅 I did some research, and apparently, it’s used for digestion problems and can help with bloating and gas? I was wondering if anyone here has actually tried NKCA Pharmacy Ajamodadi Churna and if it works? Is it safe to take regularly? I read somewhere that it’s made from natural herbs, but still, I'm a little cautious. Do you think the Ajamodadi Churna could actually help me with my bloating? Honestly, I’m also concerned about how it might interact with any other herbs or supplements I'm taking. I want to make sure whatever I'm taking isn’t gonna create more issues.
