I am really confused about this Sitaram Vyoshadi Kashayam stuff. I've been seeing it mentioned everywhere in my herbal groups lately. A few months ago, I started feeling this unexplained heaviness in my chest and some weird discomfort in my stomach. After a bunch of tests, my doctor said everything seemed fine but wouldn’t really offer any solutions. I read that Sitaram Vyoshadi Kashayam might be good for digestion and getting rid of excess Kapha, which I guess might be linked to my symptoms? Anyway, I decided to give it a try. After a week of taking it, I think I felt a slight difference, but then it kind of just plateaued. Maybe I’m not taking it right?
