I am really struggling with acidity lately. Like, it’s gotten to the point where I can’t even enjoy my meals anymore. Just the other day, I had this awful burning sensation in my chest after eating what I thought was a pretty harmless sandwich. Ugh! I’ve tried over-the-counter antacids, but honestly, they’re just not cutting it. I feel like I am always bloated and uncomfortable. I read somewhere about natural remedies and I’m hoping to figure out how to cure acidity at home. I know some people have mentioned drinking warm water with lemon, but I’ve also heard peppermint tea can help?? I just want to know, like, what are the best ways to tackle this from home without having to rely on meds all the time. I’ve had this background of bad eating habits and stress (thanks, work!) and I guess it caught up with me. I don’t want to keep avoiding my favorite foods because of this. Can anyone recommend some practical tips or remedies that really work for how to cure acidity at home? I want to get my life back haha!
